Warranty Terms

Our commitment

All works are executed and supervised by Pedox's in-house technical team per manufacturer specifications. If a covered workmanship defect appears within the warranty period, we return, inspect, and rectify it in line with your signed warranty certificate.

Coverage

• Workmanship: 5–10 years from practical completion (exact term stated on your quotation), covering defects in application. Remedial works for covered defects at no charge.
• Materials: Per manufacturer specifications, typically 5–15 years for membranes and liquid systems applied per data sheet.

Not covered

Structural movement, third-party works or repairs, misuse, lack of maintenance, blocked drains, unauthorised modifications, pre-existing defects outside the agreed scope, force majeure events, and indirect or consequential losses. Our remedy is limited to repair or re-application of the affected area.

Making a claim

Notify us in writing within 14 days of discovering a defect and allow our team to inspect before any other party carries out repairs. Coverage requires the project account to be settled in full and correct maintenance of the treated area.
